The Board of the Boris Nemtsov Foundation is elected for three years. Authorizations can be extended once for the same period.

Along with the Boris Nemtsov Foundation Zimin Foundation sponsors several scholarship programs for Ukrainian refugee students in the Czech Republic, including the Prague University of Economics, Charles University, and Prague’s Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design. Besides that ZF sponsors the Feodor Stepun program at the Ruhr University Bochum in Germany, supporting Ukrainian researchers, as well as Russian scientists who fled Putin’s criminal regime.
